Disco debut del dúo de Los Angeles formado por Benyad & Mazik (Benjamin Mor & David Saevitz, respectivamente) bajo el sello Ruthless Records (perteneciente a Eric Wright más conocido como Eazy-E y el manager Jerry Heller) el cual fue distribuído por Relativity Entertainment Distribution, Inc. La producción estuvo a cargo de Dominos Falling, Bret 'Epic' Mazur, Blood Of Abraham, Donny Nguyen y Bilal Bashir (encargado del primer single del disco "Stabbed By The Steeple") mientras que Reggie McBride, Bret 'Epic' Mazur y Mike Melnick se encargaban de lo instrumental (bajo, baterías y piano), todo esto bajo la producción ejecutiva de (obviamente) Eric 'Eazy-E' Wright.
